Responsive, friendly. Felt a bit like a bait and switch though. Specifications advertised online did not match with the car onsite with that VIN number. Still a great car, service was awesome, but they should look at advertising accurately.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Mickey and Natalie went above and beyond to help me. They informed me on the progress of the repairs being done and how we had to wait for parts them two are outstanding.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I went to Sarasota Subaru today told them I need their help with getting into my dream car . Dan was my salesman , they were extremely helpful. I was so scared and stressed and I believe they knew it . I wanted one car we were doing the paperwork and boom that car just sold right under my nose. I was so upset - Dan said hold on i will be right back . He came back with the most incredible news he told me I have a surprise for you . Not only the same model and color but a yr newer and matched the price . I literally started crying, yes this girl bought her very first brand new car . To top it off my dream car . I've been going there for five years after I bought my first Subaru crosstrek from another dealer that did me so wrong . They have always been extremely helpful and honest with me . I would never go anywhere else to buy a car from ever . The staff is top notch , even if they weren't working with you they were there to help out . I highly recommend Subaru of Sarasota to anyone . Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

It was very good. Agent followed up with all information about car. Problem is that at 94 I am unable to start the car like I did when I was 16 and had a 1914 Model T. The spirit may be willing, but the body is weak. Edwin Van Pelt

I have had both the coupe as well as the roadster. Both are great for different reasons, my 1st was a 2004 Alabaster coupe with the cedar and dark slate interior. I wanted the roadster and got a stunning 05 Aero blue pearl coat, it was great too. 👍 Both cars handled very well and were gorgious. I can reccomend either. But I loved the 04 better and I kick myself for trading it. Buy one and enjoy every moment. It is all Mercedes-Benz all the parts and everything except the body is Mercedes. All built in Germany at the Karman factory. German technology at its best.

I was recently at classic cars of Sarasota and found the receptionist very friendly as well as the manager. There are many interesting cars in various price ranges. Most were in good to excellent condition. It was a very positive experience.

I bought a used 2005 chrysler pt cruiser a few years ago. My wife found in in Trenton , NJ. It was a one owner with just over 30,000 miles on it. We only drove it a few blocks, tried the convertible top and was sold on it. I had a small accident a few years ago but it was fixed fantastic like new. I love my car everything works like new and always getting some compliants Inferno Red Black Top Will never sell it!
