NYE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
My experience with Nye Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was nothing short of perfect. I bought a 2021 Ram 1500. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the truck and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. They made the negotiation process quick and easy, getting me to the monthly payment I asked for. The transition between vehicles was seamless. Truly top shelf dealership and amazing friendly staff. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone on the fence about where to go for their next CDJR vehicle!!!
2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

I purchased a 2021 Durango..and my experience was awesome...I would highly recommend this dealership!! My salesperson was Jake ...very knowledgeable about my Durango and very pleasant and not high pressured like I've experienced in the past at other dealerships..
2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

Matthews Hyundai of Syracuse review
I did not realize when bringing my car in to be serviced, that it was going to take very long, and I had my young child with us. Even though I was told they do not have a shuttle on Saturdays, they were still kind enough to give us a ride home, so we could grab our other vehicle and not be stuck there for hours. My only complaint would be that I called and left messages for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, and it wasn't until I went on their website and used the texting option that I received a quick response.

2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Just bought 2009 Dodge grand Caravan SXT 205,000 miles runs perfect handled. Great lots of room hideaway seats. I’m getting about 20 miles a gallon after I used a canon filter system installed and Lucas gas treatment every tank of gas got a really good deal on it paid $1500. Pete Kitt's Automotive Sales & Service review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Subaru from Pete Kitt’s. The service was above average as they worked together as a team to meet all of my needs and walk me through the process. The sales team also ensured all of the repairs were complete and the car met my standard of quality prior to me leaving the lot. What a blessed experience I had in purchasing my car. Thank you for EVERYTHING Team Pete Kitt’s!!!!!

Pete Kitt's Automotive Sales & Service review
Needed a dedicated reliable car to go to Clifton Springs hospital and back once or twice a week. Told the Mrs. to go to Pete Kitts and find me something. SUBARU Forester 2010. Wow - what a machine! Between the Mrs. and Tom, transaction went great. I showed up and just paid for it. A little $ haggle, but Tom knew what he was doing. Love that Forester. Has no vices. Most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Boxer engine will get 30-mpg. I pop the hood every Clifton trip - nothing is ever amiss! And not a bit of rust. Thank you to Tom for picking out that vehicle with the Mrs. Tom is the smartest car Sales guy I have ever met. But that is his business, and Pete Kitts was smart to acquire him. Jim in the shop will also work with you on problems. They serviced my Jeep Cherokee which was always a 'Shop Queen.' Highly recommend, just walk thru the door. But they keep a nice collection of used cars at there two locations. No rust buckets. Out of state cars.
2001 Jeep Wrangler review
This jeep was exactly what I was looking for. We have been looking at various jeeps for my son. The 2001 Wrangler will fit the bill.

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

2016 Subaru Impreza review
I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

2012 Subaru Forester review
I’m the 3rd owner of a 2012 Subaru Forester purchased at approx 175,000 miles and it still runs pretty good! It does burn oil up pretty quickly and mine has issues with reading the levels and won’t give me a warning light so i check the dip stick often. Mine did have exhaust issues and had to replace a rested out piping from the cat back, but mufflers were still good. Also the Oxygen sensor was a problem for awhile, which you can only use on brand for it to work properly. Gas mileage is decent for the size of the vehicle and its age. Only wish the front seats went back more bc my taller girlfriend who is 5’11 with long legs struggles to fit and be comfortable in the passenger seat.

Best car for anyone. Still have it. Gets 37 mpg on the road. It’s getting old but I’ll keep it for as long as I can. Still looks new

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2010 Chevrolet Impala review
Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .
