2016 Chevrolet Equinox review
I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. The engine runs smoothly, transmission shifts without issues, and maintenance costs are reasonable. Interior is practical and comfortable, and overall the car meets expectations very well for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it.

Very upfront and honest. No hidden fees or things not disclosed. Jacob was excellent to work with and the owner/sales manager was as well. Got a great car that was worth what we paid for it.
2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

Journey Auto Sales review
I have been dealing with Journey Auto Sales since 2011 and Scott and his team have always been very helpful and accommodating. I've always had a great experience and today was no different. Ryan Geelen was not only very kind and very professional, he worked quickly. From the time I arrived to the time my purchase was completed, barely an hour had passed. He explained everything thoroughly and it was a real pleasure working with him today. In short, if you need a car, go to Journey Auto Sales on Albemarle Rd! The best place in Charlotte to buy a car!

Recently purchased a vehicle and had a great experience! Paul was very informative and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us. He pointed out features on two vehicles we were interested in, both pros and cons of each, and let us make the decision without any pressure to purchase. Minor problem with the vehicle we chose, but he addressed it and the car is great. We are very happy with our selection and highly recommend North Motor Group for your next car purchase.

2014 Kia Sorento review
2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

2016 Kia Sportage review
I purchased one four months ago. Mixed opinions. It was a great deal that I couldn´t pass on it. 128K miles but with new engine just 11K miles old for $3,500. It is a gasoline 2.4 liter. Why the engine was changed? Because of oil leak. But because of that I have no oil problems so far, but I am aware that people complain about oil issues. Other than that, interior space may be small, particularly if you are mid to big size. I am a short guy, and I have to bend a little my head to get in and out. Cargo space is less than what you can expect. And as others remark, visibility is also an issue, windows too high, wide blind spots, lateral windows tint at night... But on the right hand, this thing is powerful and easy to drive and maneuver. It runs smooth, transmission is smooth... no issues about the driving experience. You feel good driving it. Not excellent on gas, but fair enough. So it depends on your circumstances and expectances.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

2007 INFINITI M35 review
I purchased mine from the second owner. It has 250,000 miles on it now and is solid as a rock. Very reliable. Only a few small problems. Sunroof is stop and go. Dash has some small cracks. Sport wheels are very easy to curb and they ride a little rough. But overall an excellent car for cheap money! Highly rec! V6 will fly! No rattles or broken bits at this mileage!

I went to Sunset Auto 1/11/25 looking for a new vehicle for myself so I could give my son my truck. I had previously researched the car that I wanted online. I checked the Carfax and when I went in, I was able to test drive it and Hans was so honest respectful and I didn’t even have an appointment, but he told me to come back in an hour, and my transaction was Remarkable. Thanks
2008 Kia Sorento review
I bought my 2008 Kia in 2021, it had one owner who barely drove it. It had 74k miles when I bought it. It is the BEST car! I LOVE IT! It has a similar engine to my 98 Mustang which surprised me because this Kia has some go power! The only negatives are little things breaking like the door handles. They are replaceable at an affordable price but they could have been made a little better so they didn't break easily. The paint job is peeling pretty bad but I live in Florida so that could be a factor. Over all I love this car. I will keep it til it dies completely.

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I bought mine ( 04 overland) w/ 250k miles on it, in great condition. Owner had carfax for both his big diesel pusher and matching Jeep - it was towed the majority of its travels. It’s record of maintenance matched by almost half of motor homes service records. it has never had a single issue other than standard maintenance- I jokingly said ‘I’d drive it till it dies”. And. It looks like I’ll be doing just that- I think about it’s not so good ‘gas Guzzling’. But it’s a second vehicle, fits my grandkids, tows most of our toys and is comfortable and sure beats being stuck with 💰

2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2014 Kia Soul review
Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Albemarle Ford review
I bought a Mazda from this dealership in November and they made the whole process so simple. Matt C made sure to go over all the paperwork with me and explain anything I was unsure of. Their salespeople go above and beyond for their customers
2012 Ford Escape review
I owned a 2003, 2006, 2012 and all my Escapes were road warriors. Not one ever gave me any issues other than a coil needed on my 2006. My 2012 I hated to let go of and the good ones that are on the market block hold my interest except most of them with less than 100K in miles ask way too much. These trucks are such warriors that I have known owners of the 2012 that have put as much as 300K miles on the same truck, same motor with maintenance as required. When they changed the boxy style to the european style, Ford blew a good thing. They didn't have much choice and had to keep up with the competition. If you are looking for a good reliable used car for your College kid or just a 2nd car as a pleasure car, or even a first line car, this car is an excellent choice. Be sure to check the wheel wells and under carriage, specifically for rust or rot if you live in a climate that uses that poison to melt the icy and snowy roads. I give this truck a five star rating, hands down. .
