I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

I till own my white 2014 Jaguar conv. with V8 from new. The F Type is the most reliable Jaguar car as I only service at Jaguar-Land Rover in Ft Lauderdale Florida. With only 34,000 powerful miles still going strong

From the beginning to the end of a long-distance purchase. Mitchell Brady was 4 stars, A1 in service and information, Effective communication was key in the development of this auto purchase. My vehicle of choice was a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Thes addition of a 4-year warranty was a bonus.

My car has a name. I named her Felicity. I've owned 2 sports cars before, but only weekend cars. Now Felicity IS my daily driver and I love it! I get compliments and she's surly a head turner! Fiat is overall reliable.. also she's a little four cylinder engine. Specifically, that features a 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo four cylinder engine. I was told to stick to the 2019 model and to avoid years 2018 AND 2020. Felicity is a 2019 and this year is selected for the best engine experience. But only has 26k miles only! so singers crossed that further expensive repairs don't kick-in in the future lol

I had been looking for a newer car for about a year. With their help I found the perfect car that ticked all of my boxes. The price, value and the customer service were excellent. Porsche was my dream car and have owned the 2007 911 Carrera S for many years. It is everything I desired in a car. Smooth, fast, reliable and beautiful Black with Black interior and manual shift. I have owned two Corvettes, an MGB and Pontiac GTO, but the Porsche 911 is a keeper.

I love the feel of the front engine California Ferrari, very comfortable, plenty of power, great handling, and a great benefit low maintenance. The hardtop convertible is a very cool feature. Love this car

The writer is truly wrong. I’ve owned one for a few years and just drove 600 miles with the top up no problem. Like driving a space capsule. Visibility is actually better than most cars. With the top down it’s amazing.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. We live in NC and had the van shipped to us, everything went as smooth as we could have hoped. They are fantastic to deal with.

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

I appreciated the process this time, I did my homework and was pre-approved thru a credit union. I'm still in that learning phase with my car but I'm happy with it.

I’ve had this 2009 sport wagon since 2016. Bought it with 68k miles. It’s now at 118k miles. Plan on $1500-$2000/year for maintenance and I think it will easily go 200k miles. Fast enough, good handling, doesn’t attract police. My Best Buy.

I had an eye on this car for years and was finally able to purchase it pre-owned from the Lexus dealership with 81k original miles. I have had it for 1 year now and I am happy. For its age, it is a very Comfortable ride, powerful V8 engine, Reliable, and still in great condition. I have replaced the ML factory sound system with new speakers, sub and amp. Overall Love this ride. Hoping to have it for many years to come.
