AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.
2018 Buick Cascada Sport Touring review
Love. This. Car.
My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. All I can say is that Oakley Auto World knows how to treat their customers. I felt like a human being instead of a dollar sign, I was treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end, and they did everything in their power to make sure that I was completely satisfied from the vehicle itself all the way to the financing. I chose Oakley Auto World because they made me feel important. They didn’t swarm over me like a bunch of vultures. My salesman was Harlan Huff. Absolutely fabulous to work with. Has a wonderful sense of humor and made everything feel very comfortable. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want. I was given other options besides the one I picked, but I’m a firm believer if you don’t go with what you want, you’ll regret it. The financing department was amazing. I highly recommend Oakley Auto World because they treat you like people instead of treating you like numbers I don’t know if I’ll ever be buying another car but if I do, I’ll go back there.
