I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

Worked with both Robert and Seth on our purchase and the experience was great. There was a minor glitch in one of the power seats and they had it fixed before I brought my wife back to see the car. The price was also better than what I had found anywhere else. Highly recommend these guys.

The writer is truly wrong. I’ve owned one for a few years and just drove 600 miles with the top up no problem. Like driving a space capsule. Visibility is actually better than most cars. With the top down it’s amazing.

My fourth "Benz." After the fourth one, I purchased a TOYOTA vehicle. Finally, after four months, I had it with the Toyota. Good car; it's not a "Mercedes." So I decided to get my SLC 300, ~ Coolest Car I'd ever driven.

I took my SUV into Nelson Mazda to get appraised and was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the team. They truly give you the best and top price in the market and do an excellent job of explaining each part of the process. I went to two other places (CarMax and the dealership for the make of my car) and Nelson Mazda went above and beyond with their thoroughness and genuine interest in wanting to buy my car. I would recommend anyone to go there not to just BUY a car, but SELL one as well! Fantastic people and easy process!

The Mazda Maita is truly the poor man Porsche. The performance potential is remarkable! There is a ton of value for the money spent on this car.

Their set price, no commission policy made this an almost pleasant car buying experience. on top of that, our salesman, Connor, the only person we encountered, was bright, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Car drives and handles like a true sports (not race) car. The hardtop convertible is a big plus especially if you aren’t keeping this somewhat protected from the elements. The only small complaint is where the glove box is located. I understand they have it in the center for interior constraints, but I wish they would have found some way to have it by the passenger front side.

It is amazing the difference 5 years can make. Traded a 2014 BMW 640i xDrive in for a 2019 BMW M850i xDrive. It is a beast! Handles great, very solid and I like the extra hp and features.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. SAVE MONEY AND SAVE TIME! If you’re like me buying a car is a miserable experience. I have bought and sold dozens of cars and trucks over my lifetime for my personal use. I found Next Ride Motors through a vehicle search on CarFax. That’s right, I want to know history and a CarFax value as I shop! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve on Monday July 15, 2024. Why? So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. I was initially looking for a used Golf, but the more I looked at the Beetle the more I liked it. When I found the one I ended up buying, it was love at first drive. This little car packs a punch with the 2.0T, and will throw you back in your seat. It’s an absolute blast to drive. Handles well around town and on the interstate, where it could easily get one in trouble since it wants to GO. The same engine as is found in the GTI, so this should be unsurprising. Easily gets 30+mpg on the highway when cruising along, typically around 20-25 city. These cars handle city driving just fine, but they are meant for the freeway in my opinion. I find the interior to be quite luxurious. Heated leather seats (not available in the Golf) with plenty of storage compartments. Not many frills, just a sleek and mostly practical dash. The trunk is big enough for grocery runs, and the rear seats fold forward for larger loads. It’s not going to haul large appliances or furniture, although it could possibly carry some bigger stuff on a roof rack. The Fender audio system is impressive, wouldn’t change a thing about it except it could benefit from an updated head unit with CarPlay. This hasn’t been an issue for me. I think the car is a real looker, it turns heads and has drawn the occasional compliment. My used model had some imperfections, but it’s still a great looking car that I want to look after and keep for as long as I can. It feels well built, the doors close with the satisfying weighty thud of a premium vehicle. Overall, I am very happy with my 2013 beetle. It’s not only fun, but it seems to be reliable with a couple caveats that some owners might not be aware of. The 2.0T engine is designed for premium fuel, using regular will eventually damage it. The 2.5 can run regular, but I believe the 1.8T will also want premium. The reason for this is lower octane fuel will cause detonation in these high compression engines. If you don’t know what detonation is, just know it’s bad. The oil needs changed more regularly than the manufacturer recommended 10k miles. 5k to be safe, 7k at a stretch. This is especially true for higher mileage vehicles. Speaking of stretch, there is a known issue with some 2.0T engines where the timing chain stretches over time and many miles, so if buying used that’s something I’d have a mechanic check out. This is an expensive maintenance item, but IF it’s needed, getting it done along with the tensioner and a new water pump for good measure will ensure that the new to you Beetle is reliable for many years and miles to come. The other issue is carbon build up. Getting it cleaned out is not as spendy as the timing chain but it’s also not a cheap fix. I believe this can largely be avoided by using top tier fuel (it contains detergents that help with this) as well as regular oil changes and some regular spirited driving. Would not recommend this car to someone who mainly does town or city driving, the 2.5 engine might be better suited for that. According to my research, the 2.5 is quite bulletproof BUT it’s not good for any engine to be driven at low RPM all the time.

I hate the process of buying a car, but this one was painless. It took a few trips and test drives to find the right car, but we found it for a fair price, and they gave us a fair price on our 10-year-old trade-in.

This is my second Miata. I also own an ‘03 NB and have put a lot into it over the years. I’ve eyeballed ‘16+ Miatas for years and finally found a ‘21 Grand Touring with 2k miles on it and bought it. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful car. Ergonomically, everything is in its proper place and I fit perfectly at 6’. I have the seat pushed all the way back so anyone taller could possibly find themselves uncomfortable. I swapped the original rims and tires out for some Konig rims and Continental all-season tires. The stock rims are 7” wide and the aftermarket are 8” wide: more traction on the road. Off the line, you can chirp the tires so the power is certainly adequate. The manual gear box is tight and shifts cleanly. It is an extremely fun, nimble, and reliable car. The Grand Touring has the leather, backup camera, and Bose stereo. I have driven this car hard through the “twisties” and cruised it 500 miles with no reservations. There isn’t anything really needing done to this car; it is a fantastic ride out of the box. I did, however, give the performance a “4” because I know there is room for growth with aftermarket products. Nevertheless, you won’t be disappointed. Be careful though! My buddy wrecked his ‘19 Miata RF two weeks ago pushing it just a little too hard.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my 2003 Canary Yellow Ford Thunderbird!!! Believe me when I tell you that when it came to performance, style and comfort - I couldn't have made a better choice in a Roadster! I was 50 years old when I purchased my 17k miles beauty and sold it 16 years later..after clocking a total of 256k miles. What else can I say? It was the sharpest ride on the road and I was the envy of all who knew me. Believe it!!!

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.
