I want to share a review that is overwhelmingly about service, because that is where Autohaus truly excels. I did experience an issue with my brand new Audi that required several return visits. It was a safety-related concern involving my horn, so understandably it was stressful and something I took very seriously. What could have been an incredibly frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, empathy, and an extraordinary level of care. Kyle was my primary point of contact, and even when I was upset, he remained calm, thoughtful, and reassuring, making it clear at every step that I was a priority. At one point, the owner himself came out to personally test the horn to ensure it was working properly, which really spoke volumes about the level of accountability and care. The level of service went far beyond anything I expected. When my horn failed the day before I was supposed to leave for a trip and I did not feel safe driving, the team arranged a ride to the Philadelphia airport. Not a shuttle. A beautiful, brand new Audi. I was completely shocked and so grateful. They also ensured I had a loaner when my car needed to remain in the shop. When my loaner got a flat tire, they literally came to my home in Lebanon and brought me another vehicle. As someone who spent decades working in hospitality, I can confidently say this is one of the best examples of service after the sale that I have ever seen in my life. They made me feel like I am their only customer, take a look at their inventory and you will realize how truly special that is. I chose Audi because of their great safety reputation, but I will choose Autohaus for their amazing service. I want to give an additional shout-out to Cameron for his help and collaboration along the way as well. Kyle’s consistency, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into one that built real trust. Answered one of my calls, stayed in constant communication, and never made me feel like a bother I cannot recommend Autohaus highly enough, and they have turned me into a customer for life.

Ian was great in helping me to buy a 2024 Model Y! The car is in excellent condition and I feel the price is very fair. Ian went out his way to help in getting the initial Tesla App account setup on the spot and helped me to contact the Tesla service center to make sure I can get charging during the long return drive. He never pressed me during the week-long discussion. I had a very good experience and will definitely try again!

I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. We researched vehicles online and decided to visit Wissler Motors for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Tyler Ashley greeted us on the lot. He was very informative and accommodating even though we did not commit to a purchase that day. 2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I've owned my 2007 Crossfire since 2009, and I've never fallen out of love with it. I have the roadster in cherry red, and the car's looks still take my breath away. I particularly like the styling of the rear end; curvaceous and muscular at the same time. To be honest, there are some issues a prospective owner should consider, the major one being running costs. Unlike the visually-similar Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky (which are basic family sedans with stylish bodies attached) the Crossfire is a real sports car with both looks and performance: however, that means the equipment is of a higher grade. For example, you can expect to pay around $250-$350 for a new battery; the tires need to be high speed-rated, low-profile run-flats, which means a basic set of new ones will probably set you back around $3,500 to $4,000; and an oil change will leave relieve you of $120. However, ownership of this beautiful car will make you completely forget about the hole in your wallet. I bought mine in Colorado, but drove it in Wyoming. While I lived there I believe I owned the only Crossfire in that state, which is really cool. It constantly received admiring looks and comments because most people have never seen one before. Believe me, wherever you drive it, if you meet another Crossfire on the road it's time for flashing lights, horns, and frantic waving! My time with the Crossfire in Wyoming was truly wonderful: swooping across that magnificent landscape, no other cars within 50 miles and prairie roads like smooth ribbons stretching out to the horizon and beyond... well, that's why we own Crossfires. In fact, one other slight drawback of the car is that it seems happiest cruising along at around 80 mph, which can be a problem if you encounter a highway patrol officer who doesn't share your love of the Crossfire!

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

Not built for comfort, built for speed. The CS interior is minimalist. When you slide into it, there’s no question what you are there for. The car will snap your head back and paste you up against the door panel—“Freude am fahren”—form follows function. Like they said of the Spitfire in the Battle of Britain, you don’t sit in it, you wear it.

Although we did not buy a car from them, they were extremely helpful, responsive and polite in multiple interactions. I would feel comfortable reaching out to them again.

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.
