I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. I like they provide car facts on their vehicles. I went there because many others recommended this company and now I do too.

I haven't bought a car yet. I was treated like a priority customer. Mr. Isaac Song patiently listened and took notes for what I was looking for. He suggested I test drive a few vehicles. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.

I wanted to sell an extra vehicle and went to two Anchorage main stream dealerships utilizing the Kelly Blue Book appraisal program. The cash offers I received were disappointing at best. I called Affordable, talked with Joey, he said “come on in and let’s see what we can do!” Well they beat Kendall & Lithia by $2000! We accepted their offer, and left with a check and even received a ride home by a very nice young man who worked at Affordable. If you are serious, come prepared to make a deal. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn in January 2023. Lithia's dealer discount on outgoing 2022 models plus Ram's incentives made this a good deal for me instead of buying a 2023 model. I was out of the country during the purchase process, so I never stepped foot inside the Lithia South Anchorage building. However, the communication with salesman Evan Griffin via e-mail and phone was great. There was a problem with one of the Stellantis bonus cash codes not being recognized by the computer system, but through perserverance Lithia and I ultimately were able to resolve the problem and receive the bonus cash. General Manager, John, and Sales Manager, Ansel, also got involved when necessary. Overall, a great buying experience for my new truck. Highly recommended!
