The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

I was searching for an Ecosport on Cars.com and found an awesome deal at Watsonville Ford. I live 400 miles away, so I was wary of bait and switch which some dealers practice. But, we negotiated a deal and arranged financing online, I flew into san Jose (about 50 minutes away), they had a nice young man pick me up, I test drove the vehicle I was buying to the dealership. The paperwork was waiting for me, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. No games were played, the process could not have been easier. I would feel very comfortable buying from them again.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

I contacted them about a minivan in stock and set an appointment to visit. Marcel was able to set up a test drive and inspection. I noted 4 things to correct before going forward. He is currently working on fixes. I have put a deposit on the van to hold it and show my intention to purchase.

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

When I placed my online order for my Bronco WildTrak in March/April 2021, I was contacted by Jack Arnerich. He was informative and 100% honest about the outrageous wait time due to the pandemic. After a few months passed, I started hearing horror stories about dealerships jacking up the prices $10k-$15k. I emailed Jack and he was quick to respond and put my mind at ease that Greenwood Ford will not do that and will honor the MSRP total. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Jack always got back to me. Flash forward a year and five months from the date I placed my order, I finally received an email from Ford stating my Bronco was scheduled for production. To say I was SUPER EXCITED is an understatement, especially for how long I waited for my Bronco. So, I emailed Jack to get more details and an approximate delivery date. For the first time ever, he didn?t respond. A week or so later I sent a follow up email, and still nothing. I finally called and they connected me with Kyle. Kyle took over my order from Jack as Jack was finally retiring. Kyle was also great to work with, texted me with updates, and kept me in the loop. On the day of my Bronco delivery both Kyle and Jack were there. Jack wanted to be sure I was happy with my new beast and Kyle was great handling everything Jack gave him for my new ORV. I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

I love this car, drive it right and she’ll be fuel efficient, but quick enough to outpace traffic. I will say the transmission can feel a little clunky sometimes.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I am on my third Challenger and my second Scatpak. I have a 2021 T/A Scatpak in Octane Red! Completely happy with it, only problem is I cant get the wife out of it so I am stuck driving our new Dodge Durango, another smart choice i made!

I have owned a DB9 for years and love the car. I had a V12 bias so did not consider the Vantage. I finally bought one because I wanted a manual transmission. Should have bought one sooner, what a fun car. It is totally different than my DB9, much more fun to drive and the sound from the engine as you run through the gears is amazing. Service is a bit high but on a par with most exotics and drastically less than Ferrari maintenance. Reliability has been excellent, it is my daily driver. If you get a chance to buy one do it.

Most fun you can have in an affordable two door sports car. It corners and brakes like a go-cart. Acceleration is better than I expected and running through the gears (manual trans) is exhilarating. Fun, joy are words that come to mind. Always puts a smile on my face.

At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. I’m 71 years old and have had lots of cars including Corvettes’ but this is probably the most fun car I have ever owner.

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

2023 Camaro ZL1. Manual. Downside is that it does not come with remote start, even though manual Hondas do. Would have been great if they provided it as well. Mileage is about 15 mpg average. 20 highway is the max you could get at 75mph. Magnetic suspension is perfect, very comfortable on touring mode, tough on track/sport. Sound system us great, Bose did a great job, I try not to go over half the volume. Stealth mode works super well. Truck space is good enough but the opening is small. Headlights are 8/10. Wish they were LEDs and brighter. HID is more like 2010…
