This was my first time shopping for a car at iDeal Auto and I have to say, it was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. Different from most other car dealers, in the BEST possible way, the staff was courteous not rude; patient not pressured; and informative not condescending. 2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

Service person came to check our Silverado not starting. Problem was the floor mat was against the excelerator and vehicle wouldn?t start. Able to solve problem on site. We really appreciate the fast and efficient service.

I came in to look at a 2018 Challenger. The first salesman I talked to was Sean. He took down my information and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I pulled back into the lot, I started going through the car. There was no sales pressure pitces at all and Sean pretty much left me alone so I could thoroughly look at the car. I slept on it and returned the next day. It was Sean's day off so Scott let me take it out for a final test drive. I liked the car and Scott walked me through all the paperwork. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I was extremely happy with Mathew Johnson (Matty) who helped me with a purchase of a new truck. He was very patient through my many test drives of different vehicles.
