There was no pressure from Dan or any of the staff. We had a good time but were not quite ready to by a car. A few months later, after narrowing down what we were in the market for, my wife and I went back. This time we were greeted by Dustin Jones (Sales Consultant) who continued the enjoyable experience we had with Dan. My wife and I left with a splendid Honda Insight Touring at a honest price. I appreciate Dustin, Dan, and the staff that made our purchase a satisfying experience.

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

The car is doing ok, 2019 no problems. 2020 two problems, it’s aggravating! Having to wake up to go to work and having a dead battery.

I have an old Corvette that I was driving too much so I bought a 2001 Audi TT Quattro 6-speed all original. So cool , I feel like I own a Porsche .turbo is loud. The car is futuristic looking inside and out. I will never sell it. My son will have to. It belongs in a museum, the silver one, the original Audi TT coupe

We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. 2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

Lithia ford of Roseburg fixed my heated seat in my 2017 f-250 super duty for $272 when o was quoted for the same work in Coos bay $620. I drove two hours to lithia ford and met the crew at lithia they have the best customer service, they genuinely care to take care of you since you own a ford. They went way above and beyond any of my expectations from a service department or dealership. I will always make the 2 hour drive to lithia to get anything done on my vehicles including oil changes. I dealt with Kyle, and he is the top reason I will always go to lithia. This is hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership or doing a service. If you care anything about your vehicle or money you will consider going to lithia ford of Roseburg and talking to Kyle. I guarantee you that you will never go anywhere else. Again I drive two hours each way and its extremely worth it over my local tower ford.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.
