Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008. Kaylee was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. It was a cash transaction for me, but my BF was in the market for a Ranger, and he purchased at the same time. We knew exactly what we needed to do at all times. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool
