2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

We have been car shopping for about four weeks. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been the greatest experience ever. Honored their online price and ran everything through my pre approval. I think it all has to do with salesperson. I sent Joe the info online, he answered, sent my pre-approval, he got it prepped, we were out the door in three hours This was awesome!

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! Will always come back!

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

The service advisor was very polite and helpful. The dealership is very clean. The advisor keeps the customer updated on the services the car is receiving in the service area.

I always have bought my cars here even back when it was Schaffer and now Webb. John B. and Jim C, in the service department have always taken such great care of me whenever my vehicle needed repairs. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs. He was extremely patient with all my questions and always followed up with a phone call to make sure I had all the information I needed.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Dropped my car off for routine maintenance on a very busy day at the dealership. I wasn?t expecting to get back until later in the day. Pleasantly surprised to hear that they serviced very quickly. Always satisfied taking my vehicles to Thomas Kia.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Keith Coleman has been helpful with trying to meet the desires of those he come in contact. The service obtained for my family members were to travel in the areas for basic daily needs.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. Coming into the day we test drove at Webb Hyundai Merrillville, we were leaning towards a luxury mid-size with BMW and Infiniti at the top of our list, and we closed out the day by driving home in a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Jacques was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not too pushy but also stayed on us once he saw our interest increasing. Much of the reason why we ended up choosing the Palisade Calligraphy was due to his approach, as the many the dealerships we went to within our test-drives did not provide a good experience. It also helped that the dealership itself was nice with responsive parts and service employees, free car washes, and a comfortable service area given how long it can sometimes take getting your car serviced at a dealership. I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.
