Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. Sharee was great—friendly and not pushy in the least! It was nice being able to schedule a test drive online (we live 1.5 hours away). Our vehicle was priced fairly and the 6-month warranty gave us peace of mind. Their dealership fee is reasonable compared to others we looked at. As I was sore from being hit and air bags going off (why I needed a vehicle), I didn’t need the stress of driving home on unfamiliar roads, so we took advantage of their free delivery. That was a blessing! As soon as we had the cashier’s check, we sent a photo of it and Sharee scheduled the delivery same afternoon. The delivery driver unloaded, gave me the key and our copy of the paperwork and I handed him the check. Couldn’t have been easier! Hopefully it won’t be for awhile but we will definitely be back next time we need a vehicle and are happily telling all our friends.
