The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

I have had several Chargers over a lot of years, and this is the best! It is just so stupid that Dodge quit making one of their best selling cars.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

The mechanic was prompt and I am very pleased and satisfied with the services provided.

Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

The repairs and guidance we received from Service Advisor Stephen Chong and Master Mechanic Fernando were Best in CLASS on the repairs necessary for our 2013 Tiguan - Volkswagen. Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. Stephen did a fantastic job to keep the overall costs lowered through efforts of discounts that Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine have in place for customers. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. Both of these individuals are top of their class and we?re sure Principle Volkswagen has placed the BEST individuals in this business to handle customer concerns and vehicle repairs. This is the second Charger owned. 2019 and a 2023. The car is reliable but workmanship and materials are no different between the model years. I anticipate issues with the 2023 that I incurred with the 2019 such as early suspension component wear and UConnect problems with blue screen and eventual failure. One item Dodge cut corners on starting in 2020 was elimination of the remote gas door. It is now tap and open and there is no aftermarket filler neck lock that can be purchased to prevent someone from pouring a fluid or substance into the gas tank using an emergency filler funnel. The car also honks 3 times instead of a beep if anyone including a passenger leaves the car with the keys/FOB to go inside a Post Office to check the mailbox, or make a quick stop at a convenience store. Seems logical it would prevent a lone driver leaving a running vehicle, so why do automakers have remote start using the FOB, or Dodge APP. They need to allow the owner the option to select no horn or just flashing lights. When it comes to value, it gets an average rating. Nothing spectacular about the car except it no longer will be produced with a Hemi. And the price exceeds its value for a vehicle that has not seen a body change in too many years and uses the same shoddy suppliers for the fault prone UConnect, and interior door panels known to buckle along the windows for no reason, even garaged vehicles. That's probably why there is still a glut of these "Last Call" cars before Stellantis, nothing more than a group of investors, pushes the next generation performance Charger on buyers as a rebadged 2 door Electric Challenger, or 2-door in-line 6 cylinder. But it a fun car because of its performance. And that's what attracts buyers to this 4-door car. If "Fun" was a rating category, I would give it a 5.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
