Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. I asked online about this vehicle and found the price reasonable and the vehicle was well taken care of. The buying process was easy, and they provided me with excellent customer service.

I was initially delighted. The sales staff was awesome and got me into a dream car. Three days after bringing my Redeye home I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze. Two days later the engine light comes on so I had it towed back to the dealership and told them to keep it until they get it right. This is day five. I would still recommend this dealership as long as you buy new. Evidently I bought a Frankenstein. I just hope that this is a one off and am able to enjoy the car for years to come.
