Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). We wasted time again and again test driving vehicles that the sales team wouldn't work with us on price. ..even though they knew our cash cap before the test drive. Finally a friend suggested to take a ride out to Surprise Ford..sure what's one more dealership, right? What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time

This is the best car I have owned in over 40 years of driving. I have the 3.6L V6 SXT model. I have driven more than 100,000 miles and so far all I had to do was regular maintenance. Car has strong pickup both from a standstill and at higher speed. I love the way it looks and feels. Handles very well. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be the interior finishing. The plastic on the drivers door panel is starting to separate. Other than that, I LOVE this car.

This car looks very aggressive from the first day I got but I had to put a rhino push bumper with headlights rails to add to its safety. It’s very strong on the road and can overtake any dough bag ricer that tries cutting me off. I get challenged often by other drivers due to the way my V8 sounds, which I love. I’d recommend this car to V8 enthusiasts for starters but the real power is higher than the R/T I currently own. Due to how bad they are on gas, they’re not good as a daily vehicle if you drive often. Lastly, sport mode is awesome but launch control is insane with this R/T.

I have been going to Sands Chevrolet since 2020 when I purchased my car. I have had 3 advisors and they all have been excellent. I run a transportation business so I need my vehicle as quickly as possible, Sands get that. My current advisor is awesome and I hope he stays forever if you need a knowledgeable, professional, kind-hearted advisor Adman is my choice. I needed a new transmission and was worried I would be done for a week or two but low and behold Adam to the rescue, sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday, and had me back on the road Thursday afternoon. Now that is service I know they can't guarantee that will happen every time, but I will say every other time with any advisor I have worked with gets me in and out in a timely manner. Gets amazing gas mileage for a v6 and the interior is extremely nice its a nice little peppy car that has a bit gotta up over all its a very nice car

we bought ours in 2016 with 33,000 miles. It replaced a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. It's as good on gas at 25-31mpg and it rides and drives so much better! 5 people ride comfortably. it's had minimal repairs, has 177,000 miles now and still going. it rides, drives and great. has been on 10w30 Mobil1 since we got it and changing oil every 10,000 miles it's never used any oil. I hope to find another one before we stop driving.

I have been using Luke’s diner for years. The food is fantastic and staff are always kind. I have a place in my heart for this dealership. My car does not look like that generic Charger they put on this page. Scat Pack wasn’t an option. I highly recommend 392 Wide Body Scat Pack! It looks nice, is dependable, and is great performance wise.
