I was a return customer as I purchased my previous truck here in 2011. I had a positive experience at that time, so I wanted to give the dealership another shot. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect. My sales rep was Otis, who was assigned to me by chance when I booked the appointment. I cannot give him enough kudos. Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from.
