I brought my car in for an oil change and to be checked over to be sure everything was in good working order. I waited at the dealership while this was being done. Justin kept me informed on what was being done and how things were going. He was very courteous and friendly. Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Austin and his team walked us through the process from beginning to end. We even walked away at first because of new car jitters but still they were polite and professional when we came back. This has been one of the best car buys ,I?ve had no pressure no attitude. I do not have the regret that I?ve had with previous purchases at other dealerships. 10/10 would recommend.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.
