One of the best buying experience I’ve had in a long while. Jeffrey was great. Had everything prepared for our appointment. The truck was cleaned up and ready for the test drive. Once we got back we worked on the numbers. They were close, but working with the sales manager we agreed on a very fair deal. And that’s what I appreciated the most let’s be fair with each other. The next day working with Preston in finance was also very pleasant, he worked his magic and got us a great rate with the bank. Overall experience was excellent! My wife and I decided that we needed a full size truck to tow our 24’ travel trailer. Our goal to be able to take extended vacations across the US. We decided to start our shopping with AutoNation Dodge because it was the closest dealership to our home. Previously, we were Chevy or Ford owners, so we had no experience with other manufactures or dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised by the AutoNation experience. We did not feel any pressure or a feeling of being rushed to a decision. The sales team of Sean Vanwijk and Austin Hawthorn listened to our requirements and reviewed the inventory to find the best match. We are absolutely satisfied with our 2023 Dodge Ram 2500 and are excited to see the USA in our Dodge Ram!
