Tom my salesman was great all the staff was very friendly. The managers Paul, Andrew, and Adam were all around just great guys to work with. First time I have ever bought a non GM vehicle and this dealership has it together. 90 mins start to finish it was amazing.

Fresh was the first person to follow up on my request, get me the information I needed, and went on to sell me a car, within about 2 days. My search for a car was very strategic so when it came time to buy, I already knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Doug was able to put my work to reality, and now I am a proud owner of my FIRST Chrysler product. Because I was pressed for time, and very particular, I had my doubts, especially having talked to so so many people responding to my request for information. The entire transaction was handled like text book, find what you want, talk to Doug, sign and drive. The way car buy is supposed to be in the next generation of eCar buying. They did not and were great listeners to my needs and wants no pressure From The general manager Chris Brough who personally took excellent care of me to get me all my discounts plus more . Their staff was top notch with customer service getting me coffee while I was waiting on my new 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Midnight Express Blacked out edition. Love this Truck. Their sales consultant Trevor Tolles . I was very impressed with his people skills being a fresh young man and knowing his knowledg of their vehicles options and packages ! Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

Had my Jeep in yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and waited while work was being done. I really wish someone would have spent a few minutes to wipe there dirty hand prints off the car before finally shiny and to wipe some spilled oil off in the engine compartment. The vehicle was spotless upon dropping it off but not so much afterwards. It’s the small things sometimes you hat makes a huge impression.

My experience with Extreme was fantastic! The salesman (Jarred) was polite. I asked that we handle most everything via email due to my work schedule and he was respectful of that. He was not pushy. He always responded in a timely fashion. Answered all questions I had and made sure I got the best finance rate possible. I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely buy from Extreme and Jarred again.
