My wife and I decided that we needed a full size truck to tow our 24’ travel trailer. Our goal to be able to take extended vacations across the US. We decided to start our shopping with AutoNation Dodge because it was the closest dealership to our home. Previously, we were Chevy or Ford owners, so we had no experience with other manufactures or dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised by the AutoNation experience. We did not feel any pressure or a feeling of being rushed to a decision. The sales team of Sean Vanwijk and Austin Hawthorn listened to our requirements and reviewed the inventory to find the best match. December 24 am our van was towed to this facility. Did not expect to get it back till after Christmas. Turned out it was a hole in the radiator hose, they replaced it as we went to breakfast and we were back on the road in no time and the price was fair. Friendly people. Thank you!
