Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.

We drove over an hour to purchase 2 of our Hellcat Chargers at Steve White Motors. We love that they don’t have any hidden fees like other dealerships we had looked at before coming here. So impressed by how easy and fast our buying process was . Every person we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to buy all of our vehicles from here.

Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Stateline 11 years ago and had every service done at the dealership. I now own a newer Jeep Wrangler and continue to have Hector Rivera at Stateline oversee all service work. Whether it's an oil change, mechanical repair or installing a lift kit/wheels and tires, I only trust Hector at Stateline to take care of my Jeep. I especially love the videos they text showing you problems needing the be addressed with a detailed explanation of what needs repair. This is transparency at its best as dealerships and mechanics often get a bad name for misleading customers. Stateline has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, honesty and transparency. I won't trust my Jeep to any other dealership.

I really wanted to buy a renegade they had, but the extremely high doc fee and the unwanted LoJack they added on the the price was a non starter. Come on, it not a kia. Who puts a LoJack on a jeep?

I went to parks to look for a jeep, I ended up buying a Durango. Our salesman Ryan Rodriguez was so kind and patience with me. I asked a ton of questions and he had every answer for me. Ryan was very professional but also easy to joke with also. After I bought the car he called a few days later to ask if I had any problems or concerns. I would definitely recommend parks and honestly Ryan to anyone who wants a good experience buying a car.
