We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Also, I had scheduled this work for Monday (Nov 26), but ???somebody??? put the wrong date in the computer. To be fair, you rescheduled this appt. for 2 days later.
My Husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the Outstanding customer service we received while working with Danny Groves . We are repeat customers at Rick Ball Auto Mall and we are very happy for everything Danny and his team have done for us. We will be back and will be letting our friends and family know where to go and be treated like a Star.
When I come here I always get treated well by the service representatives. The last time I was here I had an airbag looked at with a recall that was out. They told me it would be about an hour and they stuck to their guns and had me done.
These guys made this whole car buying experience a breeze!! They took their time and listened. They also made my daughter feel she was important in this buying experience!! We will be back for HER car later on!
