Got a response very quickly as to if a vehicle was available. The vehicle was still available and in just a matter of time I was at the dealership and the owner of my new ride!

This truck met all of my needs especially for hauling my 24' RV Trailer. It is ;heavy duty and has more power than we need, to do all that we want to do.

The salesman don and the manager Bob we're great we told them what we were looking for and we found a car price was right.

Our company bought this truck as well as many other Dodge Rams and they all performed great. Service and warranty work was top notch. Would recommend these trucks to anyone needing a great solid truck.

Truck has 37" tires and handles the road great. Pulls my 38' trailer with no problem. Comfortable and sounds great. I would recommend this truck to anyone that wants the comfort with the strong pulling power this hemi has.

As stated in the May 2, 2019 review, Jorge was amazing to work with. I was not actually in the market to buy a new car, but accidentally ran across one they had, contacted the dealership to inquire and ended up being glad I did. Jorge and sales manager, Rick did everything to make a trade easy and convenient and I received a fair deal. Working in the industry I do, taking lengthy phone calls during the day are not the easiest. We negotiated the deal mostly, not all, but mostly, electronically through text and email which I greatly appreciated. I was able to get to their dealership on a Saturday morning, sign all documents, and get back on the road quickly. (We live 4 1/2 hours away.). Again, they did all they could to make the transaction easy and convenient. Would definitely do business with them again.

The truck is only being upgrade because we have upgraded to a bigger 5th wheel camper has been a great truck and is in great condition after 9 years

Very dependable truck and plenty of power to haul anything you can put behind it. Far better fuel mileage than a gas 3/4 ton truck

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. It's these kinds of experiences that build lasting relationships and turn new customers into loyal advocates. Edit: Brad even stayed in contact with me, informing me that my plate is expected along with my sticker.

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

Everyone was accessible and easy to deal with. I drove all the way from Kennesaw, GA to make a deal with them and Dwayne made it happen. I'd easily deal with them again.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. I have had a problem with my car for quite some time. I was told I needed a power steering pump. I called for estimates. I went with Mike at Tradition Auto. He called and told me I did not need a power steering pump but it was something totally different. Guess what my car is finally fixed. I will not go anywhere else now. I highly recommend Mike at Tradition Auto. Ladies you can trust this shop.

As a 60 year old man I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. Everything from private parties to big dealerships and everything in between. The owner and staff at Valder's were a pleasure to deal with. Honest up front pricing and great vehicles to choose from. The staff always greeted me with a smile and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. I have advised my son who is looking for a truck to call them first and avoid the month long disappointment of going from lot to lot only to have the vehicles be a mess and the sales people only looking to take as much money from me as they could.
