There was a slight hiccup about the car key remote not working (the previous owner of the vehicle neglected) and she and her boss are helping with reimbursement! She’s super friendly along with her other colleagues and she works very well especially when you ask her a million questions like I did! She’s very communicative and will answer all questions efficiently, if she doesn’t have the answers right then and there you can trust that you will have answers asap! I have several vehicles including a 911 Cab, new Volvo S90 and Infiniti Q60 but I look forward to driving my Ram 3500 the most. I bought it to tow a 38 foot boat a couple of times a year but have ended up using it for so much more, its 8' bed and huge interior provide a load of room for whatever you need to move from furniture to hay and straw for our horses. Also love how freakin huge it is. :-) takes up the whole lane

Best diesel built. Cummins dependable, easily upgraded. Large, comfortable 4 door cab, console folds to seat 3 in front and back. Lots of storage. Great pulling (3.73 gear) and fuel mileage ( up to 20 mpg) cruising. Typically run 400,000 miles with reg. maintenance.

Keeping in mind this is a 1 ton rated truck wich means it will be a little rougher ride due to heavy duty suspension. This truck has all the power I need sporting the 6cyl 6.7 Cummins, also the cab is very spacious as a crew cab.

I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. It has now been a month since I've had my 328 XIT BMW and I am super happy with it. It runs smoothly and it has definitely been a great purchase. Thank you, Mike!

I’ve had my 2010 3500 Laramie since new. Although I did not get the dually. I have the standard single tire. I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen another one like it. It is 2023 and it currently has 218,000. I’ve never had any issues with it. I of course do the regular maintenance on it, religiously. It’s a xxxx good truck! Best truck I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately I would like to get something else, just because I’m wanting something new. However I told my wife I’ll wait until this one is on its last leg. Big mistake! I don’t see that happening anytime soon!

Used this truck as daily driver and then to travel the states pulling a 40’ fifth wheel trailer for three years. It has performed its job flawlessly and never left us stranded. Keep up with the maintenance and this truck will serve you well. Lariat package with all the bells and whistles makes for a comfy place to spend road time in.

Very comfortable truck with lots of space being MEGA cab. Fun to drive with the 6 speed manual and it can tow anything you need. Truck is very reliable, it was recently dealer serviced and has six new Michelin tires. The exterior is not perfect having some small chips and dings but overall it is in great shape.

I have owned this vehicle since day 1. It's primary purpose was to haul our #5000 slide in camper. It has done the job well and given us many carefree miles with trips down and up the west coast and clear across the country to our new home. Did have to upgrade the automatic transmission after a trip down Hwy 1 PCH. Too many hairpin turns hauling very heavy. Otherwise just normal maintenance.
