This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

It was time for my Equinox to be serviced and in addition I had an engine warning light appear on my dash. I was assigned service adviser Sean Simonz who did an excellent job in assisting me. I would also like to thank service manager Michelle Hernandez to whom I talked when my call was transferred to the service department and who assigned Sean to be my advisor. I have had my Equinox serviced at Sterling McCall for years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the work done and impressed by how pleasant and efficient their employees are.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful. I had issues the last time we came with getting an oil change done and our warranty which made me feel uneasy about coming back.
