Great people, great car!
I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. No games from this guy and I respect that entirely. If you've read this far, you know I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I am. 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT review
Great car
Good car for my needs. What it lacks in performance it makes up for in comfort and accessories. The chill zone is awesome for keeping drinks cool on long trips which is a big plus if you have kids. Plenty of cargo space and the seats lay down flat for the bigger loads. All around five stars
