I bought mine in 08- I still have it and drive it daily.
I bought mine in 08- I still have it and drive it daily. She’s starting to show her age a little bit ( so am not I) have only had her in the garage 2x with an issue. The gas pedal box went bad and have had shocks replaced 3x guess that’s simple maintenance though. The only thing I have really had to change about every 3 years is brake pads . After all these years. She’s fast as xxxx and runs great ! aBEST CAR IVE EVER HAD .

The engine is a 3.3 , Returns very good mileage/ 18-city,25 highway, Air condition performs well even when temp reach 100 degrees, The air ducts build into the drivers and passager doors,are well designed, Thus providing cool or warm air to the passenger in rear seats, later model carvans do not have this duct system in the front doors, Shame on Chrysler for deleting it. Future Carvans do not have the very efficient 3.3 V-6 engine thus the vehicle gas mileage decreases. Current milage is 93,000 and does not burn oil.

Love my Journey
Bought my 2012 journey slightly used in 2013 and have had only one thing crap out on it. The Bluetooth. That’s it! Nothing else, just the Bluetooth. This has been the most reliable car I’ve ever owned! My husband makes sure all the maintenance is done when recommended by dodge. 122,000 miles in and she is still perfect!

I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old.
I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.
