Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

Took my car in for a recall was told 3 to 4 hrs they had it done in 2 1/2 hours was very impressed with the service they provided for me

the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. Just hit 10k miles. I have bought so many brand new cars in my life and this is the only car that has not had to go back to the dealer for warranty repair. So thrilled with it. Drives great, plenty of power and so responsive. Good looking too. Very comfortable in the front seat. All around a great car. Dodge has me for life!

Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. By far this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.
