Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!

I have a 2023 challenger gt and used to have the 2014 sxt. I loved the sxt but the gt is my baby. Love this car.

I have been going to this dealership for 30 years and there is a good reason for that, Ali Maloky. Everytime I see him no matter how long it has been he makes me feel as though he saw me last week at family dinner. I explain to him what it is that I want and need and a few moments later he returns with the best price and car for me. I would never go anywhere else, he has a customer for life.

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

I have had several Chargers over a lot of years, and this is the best! It is just so stupid that Dodge quit making one of their best selling cars.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Service was great and they even hooked me up with a ride home and back.

It was a much-needed surprise for my wife, whose car was recently totaled. She's always dreamed of a Subaru, and this past Sunday, Don made that dream a reality, exceeding all expectations. Our journey was initially frustrating. Our first attempt at Albany Subaru ended with an inexplicable $15,000 price hike upon arrival. They made us feel like we were wasting their time for not paying this huge markup. That, plus a Napa dealer selling a car from under us after starting paperwork, left us wary of dealership games. My Dodge Challenger Scat Pack will be a timeless classic. Extremely reliable, comfortable, yet has awesome performance. What more can you ask for? I love it!

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

i have a 2018 SXT it is plumb crazy purple love the color was going to buy a B5 blue until i seen them side by side. The biggest problem i have with it is the door panels warping on all 4 doors along with the drivers side console. This is a common problem with the Dodge cars. there should be a recall from the factory but alas nothing. Door panel run anywhere from 250 used to 600 new. Check the web about this before buying a Dodge.

After finding my dream car at North State Auto. I went in to take a look. I was happy with the condition of the car so I sat down with Tim to see if we could make a deal. He was easy to work with and got me a good interest rate on my loan. The process was easy and to be honest was a lot faster than I expected. I have had my vehicle now for 6 months and I could not be more happy with my decision. P.S. I love looking on their website at all the beautiful cars for sale. Keep rockin North State Auto.

Bought this car new in July 2016, it has a been a great experience. It has 12,400 miles on it, and is barely broken in. Well engineered in my opinion.

My check engine light came on on my gently used Volkswagen Atlas RLine model, new to me, so I scheduled an appointment for service I laid for extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle I don't recall what all is covered I just know the engine and tranny was on there lol typical right. Overall,1 this dealership helped me find out what my warranty covered and found that I had an additional warranty that had not expired yet. End of story my catalytic converterer is bad and there for Tracy Volkswagin found out it is covered the ordered the part which is on back order, so now I'm waiting hoping it will arrive soon to get my baby fixed it's hard to find someone to work on these vehicles but when you have warranty and a great service dealership like Tracy Volkswagon with great customer service you wait could never go wrong. I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. I recently purchased a car from Pleasant Hill Motors. Iwas treated fairly, honestly with no pressure. I found Mason up front and friendly. He answered all of my questions. Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

Setting a date/time for service was easily done online. Inspection and oil change was done quickly.

I love it. I’m short so I sit high.So much room in for my family..Nice size radio screen.Overall it is worth it.Runs great and very clean under the hood.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
