We wanted a 2018 MKC because I like the front better than the new 2019 grill. We wanted the Reserve with the Technology package. I really like dynamic cruis control for traveling up the one lane road up toward Philly. There were none in there stock and Brian found one in Chesapeake which fit our bill. He arranged for it to be transported to Kindle so we could see it in person. We liked the the MKC the red color really pops. We worked out the final deal which included a trade. Kindle gave us a fair number and we closed the deal. We have had the car about a week and enjoy its comfort and ride, which is adjustable.

It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.
