Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. 2023 Dodge Charger review
Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

2015 Dodge Dart review
Bought 2016 brand new off the lot had 2.0 engine 6 speed manual drove it 106,000 miles problem blower motor noisy replaced under warranty front brakes at 60.000 miles rear wheel bearings at 80,000 miles all under warranty good commuter car got destroyed in accident in 2022. Bought a 2015 dart sxt rallye with2.4 and automatic with 42,000 miles had recall for catalytic converter at 48,000 miles other tha oil changes and a battery has been a giood car for a year and a half all in all for a low line car with reasonable pricing cannot say anything bad about these cars

2023 Dodge Charger review
I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. 2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. 2023 Dodge Charger review
This is the second Charger owned. 2019 and a 2023. The car is reliable but workmanship and materials are no different between the model years. I anticipate issues with the 2023 that I incurred with the 2019 such as early suspension component wear and UConnect problems with blue screen and eventual failure. One item Dodge cut corners on starting in 2020 was elimination of the remote gas door. It is now tap and open and there is no aftermarket filler neck lock that can be purchased to prevent someone from pouring a fluid or substance into the gas tank using an emergency filler funnel. The car also honks 3 times instead of a beep if anyone including a passenger leaves the car with the keys/FOB to go inside a Post Office to check the mailbox, or make a quick stop at a convenience store. Seems logical it would prevent a lone driver leaving a running vehicle, so why do automakers have remote start using the FOB, or Dodge APP. They need to allow the owner the option to select no horn or just flashing lights. When it comes to value, it gets an average rating. Nothing spectacular about the car except it no longer will be produced with a Hemi. And the price exceeds its value for a vehicle that has not seen a body change in too many years and uses the same shoddy suppliers for the fault prone UConnect, and interior door panels known to buckle along the windows for no reason, even garaged vehicles. That's probably why there is still a glut of these "Last Call" cars before Stellantis, nothing more than a group of investors, pushes the next generation performance Charger on buyers as a rebadged 2 door Electric Challenger, or 2-door in-line 6 cylinder. But it a fun car because of its performance. And that's what attracts buyers to this 4-door car. If "Fun" was a rating category, I would give it a 5.

2015 Dodge Dart review
Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.
