After trying to get service from my local Dodge dealership for what turned out to be a simple fix, I reached out to the Rainbow dealership in McComb, Mississippi. Never in my wildest dreams would I expect to get service from an out of town dealership the same day. I made a phone call at 8 AM to the rainbow dealership seeking service, Miss Stacy, the service writer ask if I could bring my truck in at 11 AM. My answer was absolutely. Two hours later I was back in my truck and headed to my farm. What a wonderful dealership. I will now have all of my service done at rainbow Dodge Chrysler in McComb, Mississippi. Great team!!!!!

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.

I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

Service got done in the time frame that was promised. The car seems to be running smoothly too . Service rep Danyelle is such a gem. As busy as she was, she took time to helped every customer with ease and knowledge and professionalism. Also very personable. She answered all my questions, did not rush me or push me aside. She even went out of her way to show me how to change the battery in my key fob, all while multitasking. All the other staff there were also very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for your great service. You will definitely see me again.

I'm not used to such a normal looking car. I wish it had 20's on it and don't stripes! Coming from 3 challengers to the hornet was a bit of a switch. But I got the GT which made it easier. This little turbo engine does 0-60 in the blink of an eye. And his 70 around the S turns with agility. Surprising brings it's listed as a station wagon on my insurance card. LOL. I GOT THE Gray Clay with black interior - black wheels- Harmon Karmin stereo and it rocks and raps! A nice sunroof. It's still not my Challenger.. But my grand kids didn't for in the back with my Aussie. So it's a win win for everyone. I'll get my Challenger again. But in the mean time it's like a compact Durango. Almost as quick too.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

We were looking for a 2024 Nissan Murano and they had a used one on the lot. Estaban was very helpful .

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. The best way to describe the Dodge Nitro is a Butch Caravan, the engine and transmission feel like a minivan the 4.0 V6 gets the job done but it doesn't sound particularly good it's that very annoying V6 pitch the transmission is very slow to respond and wants to keep it in the highest gear possible it makes the 260HP V6 feel like an NA 4 Cylinder unless your full throttle, That being said the engine and transmission do work and the engine isn't that bad reliability wise the 4x4 works great and the brakes are perfectly adequate, 16 city 22 Highway fine for a V6 of this Era. The interior quality is fine it's nothing to write home about but it's not so cheap it will break when touched the front seats are comfortable and the radio is not bad, rear seats look the same to the front but are cheaper usually the seats are folded down and it can store lots of stuff. One highlight coming from Modern E-pass vehicles is the hydraulic steering it feels like a truck in a small chassis however the ride quality is terrible driving this on less than perfect roads would make you believe you're in a hatchback on cheap coilovers. All of that being said this is a perfectly adequate vehicle that works and hauls stuff not bad for $1,200.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.
