The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I have always had a great experience at Audi in Ft Myers. The service department has always been so good about servicing my Audi and always returning my calls. I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

This company bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. Every time I see one of their commercials on tv I get a good feeling becuse of my experience.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I had been searching for a car in many dealerships around the area and for one reason or the other it would not work out, at Carmax it was a totally different experience from the moment I walked in. Ricardo Barsesa was an amazing sales Man he helped me find the car I wanted and after that it was the easiest/Fastest process ever! They are Amazing.

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I have always thought of the Durango as a sharp looking automobile. I had recently traded my 2012 Camry for a 2023 Camry but soon became tired of climbing out of the car, so I looked for something I didn't have to climb into, nor out of. The 2022 Durango GT+ (new) was the ticket. It had the ingress and egress I was seeking, the amenities the 2023 Camry XLE had, and the space to carry my two dogs, as well as people passengers. The vehicle is AWD, gets about 22mpg commuting to work, and around 25-26 on the Interstate and other highways. I love the quiet ride, the smooth suspension (yes, in town with crappy city streets and intersections it isn't as smooth as the Camry). The Pentastar V6 is our second experience with the engine which has never failed or had issues. The leather seating is comfortable, the AC works well, though the old R-34 was a better refrigerant. The UConnect 5 / 10.1 system with navigation, SiriusXM, etc is great, I just wish it had a CD player, yeah, I know I can stream, BT, or aux it, but I do like to play my CD collection too, without having to rip the music onto my phone... I'd buy it again!

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I had my 2019 Challenger Scatpack in for service. All went well. A few days later, my battery went out. So I took the car back in and they replaced the battery under warranty. Thanks!

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I dealt with Chris and Shawn and both were very encouraging and helpful in my selling my car to them. The day I took my car in to sell I asked for the car seat to be pulled out. Unfortunately Shawn and the General Manager,Chris had a difficult time. Chris offered to purchase and send a replacement car seat to me but I haven’t heard back from them as yet. I’ve called twice. I’m concerned as they may have my incorrect address and I need to take my grandbaby in the car on Friday. I thought Chris the manger was very generous and I’m hoping to hear from him soon.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.
