I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Quick, courteous and on time. Spacious, clean customer waiting area that had drinks and snacks while waiting. This is all I have to say regarding my service visit.

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

Was shopping for a used car and we stopped in. Owner was a really nice guy and tried to help us find something that would fit our needs. He didn't have anything on his lot at the time but told us he would keep and eye out and even pointed us in to other dealers for possible options. Was very helpful.

We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Grant and Dan are great people to deal with and made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships in our area. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future! The young man that details the cars at The dealership also deserves a big hand for making sure the vehicle was clean when we picked it up! I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I can not say enough about these guys .. there awesome and truly changed my life for the better.. I will definitely do business with them again

Mine is great on gas! I use mine for work, traveling + family and have experienced no issues besides having to fix front brake calipers. Runs + drives super smoothly. Interior is beautiful, everything works as it should. I only have a 114k miles on mine which is super nice.

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

2019 GT Plus has 73k miles and haven’t had major issues just brakes and normal wear on the vehicle. Drives great, easy to park and feels like a car not a clunky SUV. Would love it to be larger bc I have 3 kids but other than that it’s great!

I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.
