The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

Had a salesman meet us in the lot and we told him what kind of options we were looking for on the new Santa Fe that we wanted. We drove the one lower option one and also the limited with a few more options. We were happier with the one with a few more options. He never pushed us one way or the other. We went inside to talk numbers and his manager came out and discussed the numbers with us. The whole process took less than an hour and a half and we had a deal we were happy with. It was a very enjoyable experience. Probably the best one we have had in Oklahoma City. The Salesman did a good deliver and we were out of there with our perfect vehicle. They make doing business easy. Not back and forth for hours. We will do business with them again in the future.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

My crystler Pacifica had multiple issues but last straw was after being back in a rental for the 2nd time in a week with young children in August in Florida I was getting really frustrated I took it back for 3rd they promised me it’s good. Next day no air driving to school and sitting in drop off lane They put me in a Durango. My only request was heated seats because I am a retired firefighter paramedic and it helps with spasms. I got the 2015 limited in a stone grey. This compressor stopped working about 5 years. It was fixed and no issues. My back suspension needed to also have a repair. I only have 50,000 miles on it. I use it for trips up north for family or splitting up car xxxxxxwith my ex. I love that it gives me the space of a van but it drives like my older 4 seat cab pickup. I like to be higher than everyone and still is very easy to control and park. I was in an accident right after Covid hit. The other driver took off most of the front 12 of my fender. I was hit hard they had him speeding and going at least 50. 15 over, I have a herniated neck and back from being a firefighter. I was not hurt at all. I did suffer a mild concussion and bruising to the chest from the airbag. By the looks of the Durango it looked like no one survived. So I give it an A+. Not an issue but annoying is the have the ability to change the automatic transmission to manual by touching to silver switches. Which are unfortunately hit by accident more then I care to admit then your pushing the gas and the car will just rev . To turn manual off u need to shut the car down. Makes it very dangerous sitting for a light and u accidentally hit it unknowingly. That needs to go.

Purchased mines in 2021 brand new My daughter fell in love with it because she saw the 3rd row. She rode the 3rd row twice in 2 years. She said it’s too small and not comfortable. She loves the reclining back seats. I have found a few black pieces on the inside of the truck on the floor but don’t know where they detached from. The rear view camera is small and has worked my nerves. 98% of the time it’s upside down. Other than that I’ve enjoyed it

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

It's got great acceleration, great seating room with 7 seats, it has a huge market of aftermarket parts and upgrades like LED Headlights and Headlight assemblies, it gets about 16 MPG combined 20 Highway and at worst 13-14 City (try not to let it idle), it's the MOST reliable Vehicle my Family has owned and the EASIEST to work on (Thank God), it runs like a dream at 270,000 miles! We've had it for almost 8 years now and it's part of the Family for sure!

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.
