Excellent buying experience. But more importantly, care after purchase is even better. We have full faith in the Serra Honda service department. We've been customers for nearly 15 years. Recently the department installed roof roof rails on our 2017 CRV. The work was professionally done in minimal time at reasonable expense. Our service rep, Chris Hughes, did an exceptional job keeping us apprised of status. He's personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. The type service rep you'd want working in your service department. We even use the Serra Honda service department for our second vehicle, a Mazda.

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! Karla responded to my inquiry first thing after checking to see if they had what I wanted in stock. I arrived the following morning and Karla met me on the lot. Im giving this place 5 stars because there was no hassle what so ever! These people are different from the giant dealership system where they send you from person to person. Karla took me through the whole process and made it into a worry free trade. All the staff are personable not to mention some of the pretty sweet classics they have for sale. Bought this car new in July 2016, it has a been a great experience. It has 12,400 miles on it, and is barely broken in. Well engineered in my opinion.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I am 67 years old and I have purchased many cars in the past. Moreover, I think Honda Civic is one of best cars to own. In 2008 I purchased a new Honda Civic LX Now in 2022 it still runs like a new one with 258804 miles on it. Remember, take care of your new car and your car will take care of many miles of care free happy miles. Change your oil and air filter often. Good dealership and maintenance department. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Very helpful staff. Absolutely no pressure to buy from Corey during the early phases of my shopping . Visited multiple dealers trying to find the right vehicle. When made decision on vehicle Corey and Steff did all the work. Online questions answered almost immediately. Even stayed late to accommodate my schedule. No hassle buying process. I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

We've owned this car since new, (Aug. of 92) it has the 3.0 with a 5 speed. Now has just shy of 340,000 miles and only had to replace the fuel pump twice, water pump once, one brake job (just 10,000 miles ago) new shocks and struts once, a couple radiators (damaged) and an electric fan. Still has the original clutch, tranny, motor, and half shafts. The interior is still very nice and everything still works except the headlight delay off, a truly amazing little car! I've never figured out how the "reviewers" can say a new car model is reliable or not by testing it for just a short time.

Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

I own a landscape business and there is nothing this truck can't pull. 9,000 lb dum trailer with skid steer to enclosed cargo trailer...truck does it all. Runs good and has huge gas tank so only have to fill up once a week. After owning this truck, I will never have a gas work truck again...no comparison.
