the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Celeste was our sales person and she was competent, helpful and friendly. She patiently worked with us until we decided what car we wanted to buy. The entire process was without any pressure, the business manager who did the paperwork was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions. We had a small problem with the price and that's why we took one star off. But in the end everything worked out fine and Pearson was accomodating with their price. We would buy there again, it's a fine dealership.
I am not good about keeping up with the recommended maintenance schedule. At my last oil change the employee spent a lot of time answering all of my questions about what is involved with my next big service on my vehicle, the time frame involved, and other questions. He was very patient and didn't try to hurry through the answers. Please keep this man for a long time! I like him. (Give him a raise, too. He's worth it.)

Salesman knew and stood behind their product. They were willing to negotiate to a price that left both parties satisfied. I'm a repeat customer and quite pleased. This also includes repairs and even warranty work.
I purchased a 2012 Impala from Ken Houtz Chevy based primarily on the great service department. I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.
My 2018 ram 1500 Laramie had an issue fueling at the gas pump, I deduced that it could be the charcoal canister. When Berna from the dealership called me back she confirmed that the maintenance department agreed with my diagnosis. She said my truck would be in the shop for four days end it was completely covered under warranty zero dollar deductible and a free one rental vehicle for me to use in the meantime. Although I was a little upset about my truck being in the shop and being so new, I was very pleased with the service and they got the job done in three days instead of four.
This dealership has been the main one I've gone too since getting my 2013 Dodge Charger. Eileen and Berna have been great anytime I have to come in, even with an emergency situation as my last one was. My only complaint was the time length it took to get my recall parts in to get the recalls corrected. I had to wait a month and a half for a part. Though this normally wouldn't have been an issue, my alternator was on the recall and had left me sitting once before. The day before I was finally able to get the part replaced, the alternator almost caught fire when leaving work. However, I called and they were able to bump my appointment up to that day and I had it towed right there. All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I needed a good, used car, but I didn’t think I would qualify for a loan. Not only did Anthony get me the car I wanted, but he was able to get me a loan through Chartway! He took most of the day making arrangements so I was able to drive away in a new car! I was so happy and excited! I LOVE my new car and I love Anthony and Brooks Powell! This is the BEST used car dealership to do business with! I highly recommend it!
