The vehicle was advertised online and was in excellent condition/looked brand new when arrived to VW of Marion. Sarah Lay and the rest of the crew there made the process quick and smooth; all while maintaining excellent, quality customer service. Also, Sarah Lay followed up with me on my purchase and checked to see if I was satisfied or had any needs. VW of Marion excelled in service, and would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.
