I bought a new 2017 CR-V at Lee Auburn and was introduced to Chris Dowling in the service department. We put 150,000 miles on the car. From warranty service, needing tires, regular oil changes, a dead battery Chris was always there to help me. When it came time to buy a 2024 CR-V there were not that many available. So we ended up buying one in NH. It didn’t take long for me to visit Lee and chat with Chris. He assured me the Lee would be there for me even though we purchased the car elsewhere. I was not surprised to find out that Chris has been promoted. The good news is that the service department staff are still there for me. We now have 40,000 miles on the car and I will continue trust Lee to keep my CR-V top notch running condition.

Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I came to Tucker Chevy from about 45 minutes away looking for a specific car I found online. The price was great, trade in value was good, and customer service was impeccable. There was a minor mix up with the keys and I was compensated for my time and my gas in resolving it. I would highly recommend Tucker Chevy and I would definitely buy from them again.

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

I am a dad here in Florida and my daughter lives up in Maine. Imagine the helplessness of not being able to help your daughter not only look for a vehicle, but to be there to ensure she is not taken advantage of or not sold a lemon. Well this dealership went over and above helping this Florida dad review a vehicle, price the vehicle and actually purchase a vehicle. My daughter merely took a test drive fell in love with the vehicle and although it's not a new vehicle, the care, customer service and attention was given to me and my situation as if I were purchasing the most expensive vehicle ever. I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.

One of my daughters and I have had our Volvos serviced at Goodwin's for over twenty years, and I have purchased two new XC60s there. Both buying experiences were very good, especially the most recent one (last week!--fair trade-in value; several rebates; beautiful car; helpful, low-pressure salesman) with Ralph D'Angelo, but it is especially Marc Bernier and the service department that keep us coming back. Five stars.

It is simple in design but makes up for it in amenities and performance. It is grossly over powered. It has a simplistic design and the tech is very simple and easy to maneuver. Over all it was the best option for an EV with the ones on the market up to 2024 for price and performance.

I had warranty service done on my 2016 XC70. I just moved to Maine and this was my first visit to Goodwins. I have owned Volvos for 20 years and Goodwins is the best dealer I have ever been to. They were honest and kept me informed throughout the process. Very good dealer.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

Car is fantastic! Love the design, the view out the rear view mirror could be so much better but I’m ok with it since the rear view outside mirrors are fantastic! Such a fun car to drive!
