Ruben Gallegos was excellent and very professional to deal with. We purchased the car via the Costco program, and were able to manage everything where we just had to drive to the dealership to pick up the car. He also walked us through all the features and offered to answer any questions when we had the car at home. Excellent service!!

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

When I decided I wanted an electric vehicle, I set out to do my due diligence.  After months of research, I had a list of 5 cars.  The Polestar 2 was third on the list.  Truth be told, my top two choices have not arrived in the US, and I am in need of a car come summer, so I went for a Polestar 2 test drive.  I really liked this car on paper, but we know how that works sometimes.  Still, I went into the test drive with excitement.  The car actually exceeded my expectations.  But I will write a review of the actual vehicle once I take delivery this summer.  I opted for the Plus Pack, the ventilated Napa leather seats, and the Pilot Pack.  I'll let the readers of this review research the Performance Pack and decide if it is for you.  What I wanted to review more than anything else is the excellent test drive experience I had thanks to Nick Olson.  Nick is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are second to none. He explained, in great detail, every aspect of the car inside and out before the test drive. While I was driving, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. After the drive, we went over the specifics of the cost and I decided to order the car. As I was leaving, I asked him for a business card. I was shocked when he stated he doesn’t have one yet because he is new to the company, and he’s not a salesman yet and only does the test drives. Nick is not a salesman?? What??!! Then Polestar needs to promote him to salesman right away! He is phenomenal. He was articulate, professional, and funny. The best thing was that he did not pressure me to buy anything that I did not want. Polestar needs to hang on to this guy and promote him up the ladder, for I have a feeling no matter what he does professionally, he will excel. Thanks Nick! You were awesome! Best car buying experience I have ever had!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

Kayle is our advisor and she is great to work with! She listens to our concerns finds the solutions and keeps us informed along the way! We did visit with Lily Krier about the purchase of a vehicle but that was not the reason for our visit. Lily is such a pleasure to work with. She knows all of the highlights of each vehicle and different packages like adaptive driving. We are happy with both contacts for maintenance and then starting a conversation about a new vehicle.

My appointment was for re-application of ZAKTAX treatment on my 2024 Chevrolet Malibu. Additionally, an oil change and tire rotation was completed. The intake was timely, the service manager was thorough, and the service was completed within 2.5 hours.

A wonderful experience! This dealership has created a great community with the complimentary coffee shop, cafe, kid's area, and dog park. Our salesman, Fuego, was low-pressure, knowledgable, and helpful. We really love all of the perks that Austin Subaru offers (full engine, transmission, and power train warranty for the ENTIRE TIME YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE). Pricing and negotiation were fair. I had an issue with my 2015 Mercedes CLA while traveling to this area from El Paso. I thought what could worse. I contacted Georgetown MB and Fred got me into their service department. This was an unexpected and unfortunate situation for me and my family but, thanks to Fred, my apprehends were calmed. Intake was quick, MB repairs correctly completed and I was soon on my way. The confidence of know trained technicians completed my repairs makes my trip back my town worry free. I arrived home with no further problems. Fred is a true professional and goes above and beyond for the customer. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and it is clear he knows his job. Thank you Fred and thank you Georgetown Mercedes.
