I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I told him about the Iced Blue Silver Metallic SE I had researched online and he answered that he had one and would bring it out. Terry is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, Godly and a geat person. He spent a few hours with me going over the features of the car, taking a test drive, explaining features to me that I was unfamiliar with, discussing the Government 5-Star Safety Ratings, discussing the purchase and financing. The whole process was easy to understand and seamless because of his explanations. Terry answered all my questions and assisted me with the return of the Enterprise loaner car. He did all he could to help me. He could not have been more helpful!! Within a few days, I was the owner of a beautiful Iced Blue Silver Metallic Ford Escape SE. I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

They go the extra mile to be compassionate and professional. I was there for 6+ hours and your service team checked in on my often, offered to get me lunch, and just made sure was I was ok. I've been to several mechanic shops and have not gotten my vehicle issues resolved. In fact, the last time it ended up with a blown transmission as other mechanics were putting bandaids on the real issue. I will never going anywhere but Hertrich Chevrolet GMC for maintenance & repairs.
