The only problem I had is that my car was delivered to my home instead of my workplace. We drove around the Sharp car lot looking for my car when I couldn't find it at work. Later on, we found out that my car was parked in my driveway at home. I need to have it parked at work after the service so I can use it to drive home.

Lucas was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He was very patient with us as we made our decision on what model vehicle fit our needs. He picked up on how we tend to keep vehicle for a number of years and shared with us the manufacturers warranty and extended warranty along with protective application to take care of the outside and interior of the vehicle. He took the time to show us around the showroom and introduced us to the service department if warranty or service work is needed. When the sale was complete he went through the vehicle demonstrating and having us demonstrate the various features of the vehicle.
