I am very happy with Loudon Motors in Minerva. This says a lot since I am not a fan of car dealerships due to having bad experiences. Was only sort of looking to get a used car because I wanted a specific brand and model. We had looked at this car weeks earlier at their used lot. Had a couple issue we didn't like and choose not to buy it. We were contacted later on by a salesman and were told those issues had been fixed and would we like to check out this car. They placed it on a lift for my husband to get a good look, you know how Ohio weather is on cars. Everything was great and they even changed out some other items. Will defiantly recommend them, and we will be back for future purchases. They treated us great even when buying just a used car.

It can be a little stressful purchasing a car online, so working with people who are responsive to your questions and concerns definitely helps to provide a comfort level. Tom Craig and Dustin Dykes were extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to my questions in a timely manner, usually within a couple hours. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Great people to deal with my deal is still going on but so far it has been a pleasure as everyone would like to pay less or get more for there trade in but with that being said it's 2025 good luck with buying a new car or a used one it's not a buyers market

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

Staff is kind and helpful and they speed it up if you tell them you?re waiting for the car. They also explain the work they did very well.
