Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!
2020 Tesla Model 3 review
I purchased my 2020 Model 3 with 55k miles on it in 2026. The battery test showed that the batteries were in good health with over 80% of their original capacity still available. Both the interior and exterior had held up well. At the price for the used car, it is an incredible value. I'll save over half of the car payment on gas by charging at home. I love the minimalist look of the interior. At first, I thought the touch screen would be hard to use while driving, but with the buttons on the steering wheel and the temperature controls always present, it's very simple to operate while driving. The driver profiles that save your settings per driver are what makes the car so easy to love for me. My wife is a foot shorter than me. Having the mirrors, seat and steering wheel adjusted when I sit down are great. Also the bluetooth preference as well as all of the other car settings are saved to each of our profile, radio stations, driving dynamics, etc. The car is very sporty, especially for the money. It is much more sporty and fun to drive than anything else I have ever owned, including a Mini Cooper convertible. It will not best many cars you could compare it to, but it is also so much cheaper to purchase, and then maintain after the purchase that it wins in my book.

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.
2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

2023 Toyota bZ4X review
What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
