Not only are their prices unrealistic their parts department is terrible. Will not return phone calls and messages have to into dealership and stand in from of them!

Went in to dealership with the intention of buying an QS7. We had shopped and priced vehicle and were aware of benefits and features. Dealership was courteous and showed us all sticker pricing and was a match to what we were seeing in other dealerships or by ordering car. Everything was fine until we sat down to write up the deal. At that point they informed us all their cars have a "premium markup" due to the limited availability (war in Ukraine and chip shortages). For the car we wanted they wanted $30,000 over their sticker price as a premium. Talk about taking advantage of a bad situation for their own profit. We walked out. We contacted 3 other Dealerships all would order car b and only one of those charged a Premium (15K). We elected to buy the Mercedes SUV out of Fairfield California... no dealer premium!

Friendly, honest and professional dealership. I inquired about a used BMW on a Sunday and I received an email back the same day from Jennifer. She allowed me to reserve the car for a few hours on Tues to get a PPI done. The car was in very good condition and after a few hours, I left with the car in the same day

I bought a certified pre-owned (CPO) A4 from Audi Rocklin. I had immediate repairs, one within a week and the other within a few weeks. This is unacceptable for a CPO vehicle and I question whether the vehicle was inspected properly before being sold. I would not recommend buying used Audi’s at the dealership. I will personally only buy used from dealerships like Niello that have a 7 day worry free return policy. I would have returned this car if I had had the option.

after spending over 2 hours and negotiating a lease price. They found out that the car wasn’t even in the inventory. Then price went up for a lower package.. anyway, lots of frustration and stress.

Advertised 2017 Lexus f sport RX 350 and it wasn't. He was clueless what he was selling, drove 75miles for nothing, said he'd pay round gas....never did and the excuse we're an Audi dealer. Yeah right !

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.

I was able to stop by this weekend in search of which type of car I am looking for. We met with James and asked him to explain to us the different model options and prices. He did help us pick out a model and do a test drive. When we sat down for prices, it took me over a half an hour just to get one price on one car. That one car only had 1 out of a minimal 3 specs I was asking for. When I thanked him for the information and that I would think about it, understanding that I would not be able to get any additional numbers from him on other vehicles, he became very irate, snapped at us that "obviously I am not doing by job" and turned and walked away shouting "have a nice day". We stood there in the show room complete stunned and looking to other the employees to say anything or try to help after we were just so overtly disrespected. So understandingly, I am no longer interested in purchasing an Audi from this dealership.

Audi Rocklin is what all Car Dealerships should aspire to be, and is worthy of every single accolade it's earned. The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. From our test drive all the way to driving home in our new Car (but first Inn in out burger), Bill provided Excellent service, and even insisted on providing further service after point of sale. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership.

Rocklin Audi is an absolute joke. I’ve never heard of an automotive dealership that doesn’t want to sell a car. I went to purchase their RS3 which I found online at cargurus and when I called to go through the steps they said that they would not sell the car to someone out of state, that they wanted to keep the car local. The sales manager then told me that if I did want the car they would charge me a mark up of $10k to bring it out of state after the online listing which people view from all over the country stated $67,xxx with no exclusions. This is not right, it is deceitful and is the exact reason why people cringe when they think of dealerships and salesmen. I would never do business with a company like this and hope that they realize that a unit that could be going out the door is not.
