I want to thank the team for always being so helpful. I've been going since 2022 and have appreciated every service advisor I've interacted with. Sometimes, it's challenging to feel comfortable when working with maintenance or repairs especially as a first time car owner. Everyone has always took the time to make me feel welcome. I want to give a shout out to Nathan Hauser! He gives thoughtful advice, has a particular attention to detail, and has a wonderful way of connecting to people. I'm sad to be moving away from Texas but will think of this location as a special. No other auto service place compares!

Four Stars Toyota review
Today I purchased a car at Putnam in Altus. I must say going into it I was very nervous seeing as though it was my first car buying experience, I was also a little worried because my car was an 04 Taurus and I wasn't sure they would be willing to work with me on a trade. the first time I went I just looked at the cars on the lot and talked to Ramiro and john who were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, I wasn't ready to drive because I wasn't committed to the thought of buying yet. yesterday I went back and Ramiro helped he by letting me drive the cars I was interested in and even talked to me a little about what my options were as far as my interest rates, he even had the sales manager Dell come out and speak to me about everything he could do to get me in the car that was best for me, he even offered me $500 for my trade! Today I purchased a 2013 Camry and could not be happier!!! Gary (the finance manager) worked so hard to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be. the customer service here is top knotch, and they made my first time buying smooth and comfortable!!!! definitely recommending Putnam to my friends!

Four Stars Toyota review
Four Stars Toyota took over the old Putnam dealership and we are thrilled with Four Stars. We moved from the OKC area to Altus so my wife could be near her family. We dropped by Four Stars Toyota one day for parts, but my wife found the perfect vehicle. I have been buying from large dealerships in the city for all of my life and expected to again. But, we found the perfect Toyota at Fours Stars and had a buying experience that I thought was gone forever. Our purchase from Four Stars was honest, straight forward, and clean. There were no add on costs, no hidden fees, no last second expenses, just a good, honest deal. Thank you Kelly Strausser and Four Star Toyota. We expect you to do very well in Altus. Gary Wade
