This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

The sales rep, Doc Leisy, didn?t try to sell me the add ons like other dealers. He was very personable and took the time to show how to operate the Lincoln App and Corsair display.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

This is my fifth car I have bought from BMW of Temple and per usually they never disappoint! Traded my 2022 X5 for a 2024 X5 with all the newest updates. Justin and Mike were such an interictal part in my experience. First, I parked outside of the sales area instead of service. I was escorted over to service to get my issues resolved. I did not have to wait in a line. Mike wasted no time and offered to valet my car over to service so that he could take a look at what was causing the issues. After realizing there were issues that needed to be addressed, he refused to let me drive my car off the lot. He coordinated with Justin to try to find a loaner for me to use while my car was being worked on. When I had originally called, they told me there were no loaners available, but after connecting with me on a personal level and realizing how much I use my vehicle, Justin quickly got a car turned around for me to use this last week. I was quote that the the engine problems I was having could take several weeks due to the demand. I was back in my car in less than 1 week. They also identified and resolved a recall issue in that time as well. Mike was personable and kind, and Justin was hard working and pleasant. It is obvious that they care very much for their customers and the integrity of the dealership. I have told several people about how grateful I am for the service they provided.

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!
