After receiving Garrett’s assurance that I would love a jeep I had seen online, I flew from Michigan to Kansas City where Garrett picked me up from the airport. I was nervous about this long distance transaction, but everything was as he promised . . . I LOVED the Jeep. He went out on a limb for me too in order to hold it until I got my financing and flights lined up. Everyone I met at the dealership treated me like a VIP. The staff gave off a pleasant, supportive vibe. I recommend Garrett and the team without hesitation. The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Did a good and fast job fixing back third brake light . Took a week to get in but was worth it to have it done

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.
